From our first consultation to delivering your beautiful photos, here's what you can expect when you choose me as your Wedding photographer.

Initial Consultation
We'll meet in person or virtually to discuss your wedding vision, venue, timeline, and photography style preferences. This is where we get to know each other and ensure we're the perfect fit for your special day.

Pre-Wedding Planning
I'll help create a detailed photography timeline, scout your venue if needed, and coordinate with your other vendors. We'll plan for family photos, special moments, and any unique traditions you want captured.

Engagement Session
Most packages include an engagement session where we'll create beautiful portraits and you'll get comfortable in front of the camera. This helps us build rapport before your wedding day.

Your Wedding Day

How do I book wedding photography with you?
Reach out through the contact page on my website or the wedding inquiry form on this page. Once I confirm availability and we choose the right coverage, a signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to reserve your wedding date.
What deposit is required to reserve our wedding date?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. Your date is not considered booked until the agreement is signed and the deposit has been received.
What is your wedding cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It reserves your date on my calendar and retains my services for it, and that date is turned away from other clients from the moment you book it. Installment payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the wedding date, minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred. No refund of installment payments is issued for cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date.
Can we reschedule or cancel because of an emergency?
Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency affects your wedding plans. Rescheduling is handled based on availability and your agreement. For cancellations, the wedding cancellation policy applies: the 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It reserves your date on my calendar and retains my services for it, and that date is turned away from other clients from the moment you book it. Installment payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the wedding date, minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred. What's your approach to wedding day photography?
My approach blends documentary-style coverage (capturing genuine moments as they unfold) with artistically directed portraits. For most of your day — ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and candid moments — I work unobtrusively, anticipating moments before they happen. During portrait sessions, I provide gentle direction to create natural, flattering images that still feel authentic to you. I believe the best wedding photos capture both how your day looked and how it felt. My goal is creating a comprehensive visual story of your wedding that brings back all the emotions and details each time you revisit your images.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Absolutely! I come prepared with multiple camera bodies, lenses, flashes, and memory cards to ensure that equipment failure doesn't impact your special day. I take all reasonable precautions to prevent equipment failure and will attempt to secure replacement equipment if needed.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
For standard sessions, you can expect to receive your fully edited photos within 2-3 weeks after the photography session. For weddings, the delivery timeline is 6-8 weeks. This timeline represents our standard delivery schedule but may extend due to high seasonal volume, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you require your photos sooner, rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer rush delivery options?
Yes. Rush delivery moves your gallery to the front of my editing queue. The timing available depends on the session and is shown with the add-ons when you book: 5 business days for mini, portrait, studio, graduation and engagement sessions, 3 business days for family sessions, 48 hours for events, and same-day for corporate work. Events can also add a same-day preview set of edited highlight images while the full gallery follows the standard timeline. Film development has its own 48-hour rush, quoted per order on the film development page. Rush options must be requested and agreed upon before the session. If you need a rush on a session type not listed here, just ask and I will quote it.
